All manuscripts are subject to double blind peer review and will be assessed by the reviewers based on quality, originality and relevance. Papers will be reviewed and feedback will be given to authors as soon as possible to complete the review process within one month. Authors should write and format their manuscript according to guidelines given at www.ifrnd.org/author-guidline2.html. The accepted papers will be published in the refereed conference proceedings. Authors are invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Contributors can submit their papers as an email attachment: iceim2012@gmail.com, iceim2012@ifrnd.org in doc or pdf format.
Publication Opportunities
Accepted papers will be published in international peer reviewed journals (However, papers will be considered for impact factor journals with additional publication charges). All submitted papers will have opportunities for consideration for publication if desired by the contributors. The selection will be carried out based on quality and originality of the work. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication.

Workshops
Researchers are cordially invited to submit their proposals and to participate in workshops organized in this conference. Proposals for the workshops must be affiliated in relevance with the conference scope and objectives. The conference workshops provide opportunity for researchers and industry practitioners to share their research and practical development experiences on specific new challenges and emerging issues. The workshop topics should be focused on research process and practices, methods, procedures and statistics for qualitative and quantitative research.
